Abs really are made in the kitchen. Meal planning and prepping used to freak me out, so I know what you are thinking. I take the approach to better nutrition in baby steps to help you be successful long term.
My journey started by committing to the infamous 90 day at-home workout program, P90X®. I know one of the many programs my company has will help you get started on your journey, too.
My main goal for you, whether you're visiting my page for one minute or stay on your journey with me for life, is to develop your self love. Self love is so important, especially for former competitive athletes and teachers that care a lot about their jobs.
Mental health is just as important, if not more important, than physical health. It’s the reason I invested in a life coach as well as a therapist in my late 20s. Follow my journey and join my team to get this same support and guidance on your mental health journey as well.
It's hard to start new goals alone, especially workout and nutrition goals. I needed my husband, Cody, as my accountability partner when I first started my journey. If you don't have a spouse or friend to rely on, that's what me and my team are here for.

July 1st; the 3rd Quarter of 2020
Sonny can’t believe we are in the 3rd quarter of 2020 already! 🐶.My goals for this quarter are:▪️To continue to rest more than I’m comfortable with because my body needs it! I did grow a human for 9 months after all. 🤰🏻Well, really 10 months now!!▪️To be more present, especially with our little peanut on the way any day now. ((Did you hear that little one…ANY DAY NOW!!)) #pastdue .▪️To not be afraid to ask for help when I need it. This will be challenging for me too once baby is here because I like to do it all ((or think that I can)).What are you goal(s) for this 3rd quarter of the year?? ⬇️⬇️⬇️
40 weeks pregnant!
The letter board says it all 🤣.Got the idea for the bay size from @thegingypants . Baby is the size of a baby and needs to come out now! I also officially do not like due dates, only because baby isn’t here yet and the anticipation of when baby will decide to come is killing me! 🤣.I still feel pretty much the same as last week, despite some worries about induction if it comes to that. I know whatever happens, all I want is a healthy baby here earth 🌎 side..I had a non stress test today and it went great! I have another scheduled for next week if baby still isn’t here..Please pray for baby to come naturally for us instead of having to be induced! 🙏🏻
Daily Meal Plan at 39 Weeks Pregnant 🤰🏻
It’s weird to say this, but this whole pregnancy I do feel I’ve eaten less than before I was pregnant. I just haven’t been as hungry and usually eat when I’m still not hungry but know I need to eat. I think my stomach is so squished I get full so quickly and just aren’t as hungry. Plus I’ve been so lazy lately I don’t feel I need to eat as much as I used to. I wonder if I’ll be ravenous once baby does come and my stomach has more room? 😆 I know you burn lots of calories breastfeeding, too. I haven’t had any cravings this pregnancy, either which surprises some people. I have enjoyed more sweets/treats than usual just because, but it’s hard to stuff those down at the end of the day to be honest! 😆.• Breakfast • 1/2 c oats with almond milk, about 1 1/2 c berries, spoonful of peanut butter, 1 tsp ground flaxseeds and chia seeds.• Lunch • About 1 c rice, 1 leftover Italian sausage, sautéed green beans and mushrooms, pineapple cup on the side, handful of some chips.• Snack • 6 dates.• Dinner • whole wheat tortilla with cheese, side […]

At the end of the day, don’t get me wrong, I am WAY more driven to be a coach because of the relationships and community 👯♀️ of Empowered Dream Chasers my team has built. I love ❤️ helping other women find self love like I have in my community, but what I also love are the possibilities this business brings towards personal freedom, time freedom, and financial freedom..Right now, I’m able to contribute to a couple of house bills with the earnings I make as a coach which is AWESOME to me, especially only working about 1-2 hours a day, 5 days a week. And my income has grown every year with those same hours. My big, scary, hairy, audacious goal is to match my teaching income on part time hours. It’s funny, even when we get more time on our hands, we are all still so busy. 🤷🏻♀️.Now I honestly cannot say I’m busy at all right now tbh. I’m 38 weeks pregnant y’all 🙌🏻 and I’m out for the summer as a teacher. And with things opening back up here in Michigan during the pandemic, I’m still nervous to go places, so I don’t. But I usually am a busy bee!.I reached my highest rank in my business last year when I was at my busiest: my family needed me more than ever before, I was in more than one group helping clients and pushing myself harder with working my business, I was teaching full time and at a new school (which in a way feels like first year teaching all over again a little bit with all new curriculum)…but somehow, God had different plans for me..There will never be the perfect time. Arlene has been the best coach/mentor I could ask for! For almost a year I’ve learned so much from her in order to change my lifestyle and become a much healthier and happier person. She is SO inspirational and keeps me motivated to make the best decisions for me on even my craziest and most stressful days. I love Arlene and how incredibly supportive she is! I have been looking for some serious accountability for a while during my fitness journey, and it’s been so hard to find!
