Since I haven’t been living in my own home ((see my bump 🤰🏻 post from two days ago)) naturally I haven’t eaten what I usually eat with Cody. Nothing wrong with that at all because I am so grateful for the food I get here at my mother-in-laws! 🙏🏻 I am trying my best to stick to this meal plan template, though. This is similar to what you get in my challenge groups if you choose to get help with nutrition, as well.

• Breakfast: carb + protein + fruit + healthy fat
• Lunch: carb + protein + veggie + fruit + healthy fat
• Snack: daily superfood smoothie (gives me a veggie + fruit + protein serving)
• Dinner: carb + protein + veggie
