I weigh 10 pounds less NOW with an almost 8 month old than I did when I was in my first year of teaching 😳
.
The overwhelm my first year of teaching brought to me felt like the biggest weight on my shoulders. I’d be out of the house a total of 12 hours some days with my long commute. I was running on pb&js, granola bars, coffee, and any other snacks I could down before I laid on the couch once I got home and consumed as much tv as I could to drown out the running to-do list in my head.

Do you feel the same way? Run down? Not sure where or how to start when it comes to living a healthier life? Don’t you want to be the best example for your students?

This is why I coach. This is why I LOVE helping teachers on their health and fitness journeys. Because I was EXACTLY where you are right now. Beat down. Trying to talk yourself out of it saying “it’s not that bad.” It is bad!! If you’re crying on a weekly basis, and I mean big long cries, You need me in your life, friend. (Again, I’ve been there. It’s no fun.)
