This photo was taken last weekend when I went out to eat with my father-in-law and Michael. Also as I type this, I gladly enjoyed some chips and ice cream tonight before bed. Whether it’s summertime or wintertime, you do not have to give up foods you love on this journey. I believe in moderation, not deprivation when it comes to food. Food creates lasting memories and shouldn’t rule over your mind constantly. This is what I am learning as I continue to strive for my #30daystobest . It might not be on the meal plan, but it doesn’t make me any less of a person or mom just bc I had some chips and ice cream before bed the first time the past couple of weeks.
