This is how I feel when I get messages like these. I was the same way before I started my journey. I felt I could do it on my own ((because I was a gymnast for 13 years, hello!? I could figure it out…)) but in reality I couldn’t. I was gaining weight even though I was going to the gym. I was so unmotivated, it felt like a chore going to the gym. I hated it. Once I found this community and I had my husband’s and my coach’s support, I was able to soar beyond what I ever thought I was capable of.
