Who has the better baby bump, me or my husband Cody? 😆

My transformation photos are a little different these days but I love sharing the details bump updates with you all.

In week 12, I started feeling more like myself. I felt “hunger” again, whereas the whole first 11 weeks felt like I constantly had no appetite, but forced myself to eat so I had some nutrients and energy in me. I also really noticed my bump coming out! If I’m wearing a baggy shirt and leggings, you probably still can’t tell, but if you saw my dress pants or jeans underneath, you’d see all of a sudden I haven’t been able to button them 😆 so I’ve been using the ponytail trick: just looping it around the button, through the button hold, and back over the button. It’ll work…for now!

I still haven’t gained much weight, about 3-5 pounds depending on the time of day I weigh myself. My energy also came back a little in week 12, and I’ve gotten in 4 workouts these past 4 days which is my longest streak this whole first trimester! Granted, the workouts are only 20 minutes and I’m still modifying the modifier, but that’s ok. I already felt stronger and more flexible doing the workout by day 4 today.

Eating hasn’t been great still with my hunger coming back, and family get togethers have never been my strong suit, which has been almost every day since school got out for break. I always seem to eat more than my stomach can handle when there’s a ton of food and I don’t make it myself from home.

But I am SO GLAD my meal plan course has videos I forgot about for pre and post natal! I’ll be watching those tomorrow and posting about them.
